Exploding Moment Eye - TOME

This is another piece from the TOME sketchbook, which, of course, as you can see, is influenced a lot by Salvador Dali and his "rhinocerotic spiral" period. At the center of the Exploding Eye is the "symbol" for what I called in 1995, The Explosive Moment. Been having a lot of these kinds of moments in this modern age, ya? Anywho, the little 'bee' in this picture also had a nickname - The Nuclear Bee, and it had to do with the mystical number 29. The outline of a person and his shadow, and the wierd block are all there for the sense of scale, IIRC. The date on this image is 9/21/95...
